Amy Fide has been practicing in Women’s Health and Pediatrics for the past 16 years. A graduate of Rice University in Texas, she was a double major student athlete, earning degrees in Sociology and Kinesiology. She then attended the University of Virginia, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing before receiving her master’s in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from California State University, Fresno.
Amy is a member of the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau, and was awarded the Champions of Care award from Clovis Community Medical Center for her outstanding care to patients. Additionally, her thesis on Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome was awarded first place in both the California State University, Fresno’s Health and Human Sciences Department as well as the Central California Research Symposium.
Amy is a native of Fresno, recently returning to the area to serve the area she calls home. She has three boys: Jacob, Brody, and Caden. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, hiking, traveling, and reading. She is excited to join the practice and cannot wait to meet the patients at Fresno Women’s Medical Group.
